Tutors

All classes are conducted by volunteer tutors, who offer programs drawing upon their own interests and expertise.

Whether you have a teaching background or not; If you are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about a subject, craft or other activity that you would like to share with others, we would like to hear from you!

We are always on the lookout for new class ideas, and we welcome and support new tutors. Currently we have over 80 tutors ready to go for classes in 2026. Please get in touch through the office to become involved.

Tutor Resources

The 2026 Tutor Manual is available now. New Tutors should familiarise themselves with it’s content prior to the new year commencing.

An Expense Claim Form should be given/sent to the Cobbin Farm office as soon as possible and relevant receipts attached. (Note1: Mileage1 rate per km is now 88c 2025 per ATO)

Member Wizard

From Semester 2 2025 we have transitioned to Member Wizard as our database software system. Tutors are learning the differnet systems involved. The following resources may assist tutors as they become more familiar with the system.
